Foreign National Applicants

Foreign national applicants who meet all other lending criteria will only be considered, subject to the following criteria:

Employment status	Minimum Time in UK	Maximum LTV
Permanently Employed, Self Employed, Company Director	5 years	80%
Permanently Employed, Self Employed, Company Director, Contractors	3 years	65%

Residency:

The Society will only consider mortgage applications where the borrower(s) main residence is deemed to be in the UK.

The Society will accept applications for consideration where the borrower is employed overseas provided:

There is a track record of income paid into a UK bank account
The property will be occupied by their immediate family i.e. spouse and children.
