We've partnered with the EY Foundation and the Chartered Banker Institute to participate in the Smart Futures Programme. As part of this we welcomed two students, Leo and Dylan from Dunfermline High School, to our Head Office this week.

Smart Futures is a 12-month programme which includes paid work experience, interactive employability skills training and mentoring for those in S5. The Smart Futures programme is supported by a range of different employers to suit various career ambitions and will help develop key skills that are essential in the workplace.

This is a great initiative for us to support young people across Scotland as they take exciting steps towards their future.

Leo and Dylan came into Head Office to chat with colleagues from each department to learn about life in the finance section.  They also took a trip to our Edinburgh Relationship Centre to meet the team and see how the branch operates.
